Boat on Beach

We are all individuals in this big world, each carrying our own ways of thinking and unique perspectives. Somebody could look at fire as destructive, while another sees it as transformative. Is metal cold to you, or do you look at is as strength? There are people that hate the rain, but there are also people that love it. Just because you experience something in a certain way, doesn't mean someone else will see or feel it the same as you. Our emotions are special and distinctive, shaped by our past, present and even the future we imagine.

"Grief is the echo of love, lingering long after the voice that made it has fallen silent". It leaves a scar; not to mark what was lost, but to prove how deeply we were able to love. You don't 'get over' it, but learn to live with the pain and manage through heartfelt memories. Grief can come through any form of loss, but if it's someone you hold dear; you can still connect with them in your own special way. Remember them, but don't forget the love for yourself.

“Change is the quiet element that can reshape you; like fire refining, water renewing, air releasing and earth remembering". Although sometimes tricky, if there is a part of your life that you wish to alter then you are the master of your own reality. Take pride in even the small changes as this can lead to big transformations.

"Growth is a conversation between your limits and your potential". It's never too late to start over and create new dreams. We only restrict ourselves with our own beliefs;  you can be who we truly want to be by being kinder to yourself and believing that you have the power to change.

"None can destroy iron, but its own rust can" - Ratan Tata. Negative thoughts can feel overwhelming, but trying to keep a positive mindset can help clean away the rust of your perceptions. It's a quiet reminder that what breaks down is still evolving; everchanging with energy always transmuting.

“Clarity isn’t found by force; it arrives when you finally stop wrestling the water". When we become more accepting, things can become more fluid. It can feel like we're sinking sometimes but this doesn't mean that you can't slow down to rise up again. Go with the flow!

Understanding Therapy & Counselling: There's plenty of clinical evidence that talking therapies are beneficial to many. That’s why therapy is available on the NHS & why doctors recommend it.

Ecotherapy: There's lots of research done in to how being in nature is good for us, but also how effective it is during therapy. It helps people develop mentally, physically & spiritually.

The Power of Integration: How combining evidence-based & holistic therapies creates lasting mental health recovery. Both of them together can create such magical transformations.
